Hi, I’m Laura Bonarrigo
You’ll find I have a bit of presence on the web and you’re in the right place! I am one of those people who does a number of things professionally.
- I’m a certified life coach and divorce consultant
- An actor and print model
- And I'm a writer and editor
If you’re here, you may be looking for some support, or you’re one of my fans from my Soap Opera days and for that, thank you for continuing to be curious about me.
- If you’re looking for life coaching and divorce support, you’re in the right place.I know a thing or two about:
- Transitions
- Healing and recovery
- Starting over
- Being brave
- Taking a leap of faith
In fact, helping others tell their stories is a lot of what I do:
- Whether you’re writing a blog article, book, or putting together a website
- Whether you’re about to shift your life and you want to be in charge of it, not a victim of circumstances
- Whether you want to cast a film, theatrical production, or commercial
- Whether you’re in the midst of a relationship breakdown
And, whether you want to recreate your relationship with more heart and focus, I help others create the stories they want to live or see or make.
I love what I do and I’m glad you’re here.
Acting Is A Passion
Through hard work and perseverance, I’ve had a great career that continues to evolve and inspire.
Fascinated by the human condition and curious about people’s individual stories, I studied with some of the best acting teachers in the NYC metropolitan area. I leaned how to captivate audiences by communicating clearly, expressing emotions, and nurturing a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling.
I received invaluable lessons about heartbreak, and the power of resilience and resourcefulness working on Daytime Television and Off-Broadway.
I dedicate my life to inspiring others to be agile, flexible, and courageous.
I am always looking for the best way to communicate clearly, express an emotion,
and build healthy, happy, loving relationships.
I bring this passion to my life coaching career as I continue to influence, inspire, and nurture others with the power of storytelling.
Breakups & Divorce Coaching
Divorce, breakups, and heartbreak is all too common…yet so individual and personal.
Though heartbreak is incredibly common, it’s also deeply personal.
That’s what makes it feel so utterly alone.
As a life coach specializing in breakups and divorce, I empower clients to find their inner strength and develop resilience, grace, and dignity to handle the wanted and unwanted changes in a life story.
Resilient & Resourceful Mindset
Regardless of whether you’re actively choosing a new life direction or find yourself in an unfair and challenging situation, it’s essential to explore the questions that weigh on your heart and mind.
No matter the circumstances, in order to handle the ruminating questions that haunt you at night, or the overwhelming fears that color your days, you need resilience and resourcefulness to safeguard your self-esteem, self-confidence and your self-worth.

I am passionate about this. Through my own experiences and the work I do, I strive to model what it means to protect yourself, so you can believe it’s possible.
Protecting your heart and mind is essential, especially in the face of rejection, disappointment, breakups, heartbreak, loneliness, or toxic family dynamics.
Life Coaching For Men Post-Divorce Or Breakup
When I work with a man, I’m not only helping him—I’m also helping the women in his life.
As a woman, I bring a unique perspective to coaching men through breakups. By coaching a man on communication and emotional understanding, I’m also coaching his sisters, his ex, his mother, his daughters, his girlfriends, and his future wife without ever meeting them.
I believe that by empowering men to navigate heartbreak with confidence, self-esteem, and resilience, we can build healthier relationships and a more supportive society.

Post-Divorce Or Breakup Coaching For Women
- If you’re anything like me and you’re still in the midst of your separation or wanting to repair your partnership, I bet you’re:
- tired of hurting
- you’re looking for a way out of the mess you call your life
- and you’re frightened about what the future holds.
After climbing out of the pain and confusion heartbreaks cause more than once, this is what I know—time is precious.
As a relationship coach for women, I am passionate about helping my sisters get back up, to find inner strength, and to hold them at their best.
If you don’t know what courage or dignity or resilience feels like, I will help you embrace these qualities so you can turn each challenge into an opportunity for growth and transformation.
Support For Adult Children Of Divorcing Parents
When you’re raising a family, on your own, and climbing the corporate ladder, the last thing you want to deal with is your parents’ divorce.
And yet, more and more this is what those in the sandwich generation are dealing with.
- As of 2024, divorce rates are dropping in the US from the highs of the late 70’s and early 80’s.
- Between 1990 and 2021, the divorce rate decreased for those aged 15 to 44.
- It increased for those aged 45 and older with the greatest increase in the divorce rate among those aged 65 and older where the divorce rate tripled (from 1.8 per 1,000 to 5.5 per 1,000).
Which means, gray divorces among older adults is affecting adult children with their own families and career obligations in ways we haven’t had to deal with in the past. This is a new experience and one which I’ve noticed people aren’t necessarily prepared for.
Life Coaching For Actors
Acting is my first love
and, if you’re anything like me, you have all the acting tools and techniques down.
I’m sure you know how to regale an audience with Shakespeare, improv, and the latest sound bites on your TikTok reel.
You’re pretty good looking if you say so yourself
and, you know that you can walk on stage and hold an audience’s attention.
But those actor’s tools, though incredibly important, won’t keep you going if you don’t have the life skills necessary to keep you sane.
Healthy.
Happy even,
despite the circumstances, rejections, competition, and disappointments you will inevitably experience as an actor.
If You Want to Work as an Actor, You Also Need to Know How to Live as a Human Being
You need to have a plan and the discipline to stay on the plan.
Your life as an actor won’t happen, and can’t sustain itself, if you’re a mess. We see how these stories play out every day in our business.
Every day.
I am a life coach for actors because I don’t want talented, courageous, beautiful people like you, who want to entertain, enlighten, and delight audiences with your actor’s tools lose out on creating the career you dream of because you can’t get your own act together.
Writing Coach & Editor With A Personal Touch
From Acting to Life Coaching, communication is key which is why I eventually started editing and writing for clients. If any of these apply to you, we may be a good fit:
- Do you struggle to convey your message and connect with your audience?
- Do you find it challenging to maintain a consistent tone and voice in your writing?
- Are you looking for guidance on how to polish your content and make it engaging?
- Do you have these beautiful landing pages and no interest in what you’re providing?
- Are you overwhelmed with the idea of maintaining a blog or keeping up with your newsletter?
